Nivracare Shipping Policy

At nivracare, we are dedicated to ensuring your coffee essentials reach you swiftly and safely. We understand your eagerness to brew, and we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing: All orders placed on the nivracare website are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframe: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days for most locations within India.

  • Total Delivery Time: Please allow a total of 4-7 business days from the date of your order for your items to arrive (1-2 days processing + 3-5 days shipping).

Shipping Charges: Free delivery

Delivery Partners: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your nivracare products.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track the status of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery Information:

  • Accurate Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including Pin-code, landmark, and contact number, to avoid any delays or failed deliveries. nivracare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Recipient Availability: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery to your provided address. If you are unavailable, they may leave a delivery notification or attempt re-delivery.

  • Multiple Shipments: In some cases, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

  • Force Majeure: While we strive for timely delivery, nivracare is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, political disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

International Shipping: Currently, nivracare only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
